Our favorite Silk Kantha scarves have been redesigned into stunning Kimono style dusters in beautiful colors, prints, with a delicate hand stitched fringe technique.
Kantha (“KAHN-taa”) meaning ("patched cloth") refers to creating something useful and beautiful out of rich remnants of fabric, pieced together with a small straight running stitch, made by artisans and home-crafters in Rajasthan.
These uniquely layered, eye-catching kimonos made of pure silk are reversible and can be worn at home or out. The light quilting and patchwork will keep you warm, and the saturated hues and unique patterns are sure to elevate any mood. You will be fascinated by the detail of hand-work and the combination of stitching, cloth, color, and print.
