Not only did they promptly send me a new pair no questions asked but also refunded the shipping fee from the original pair. There was no need to return the damaged pair. I was blown away with this level of professionalism. Plus they come packaged in a lovely little pouch gently wrapped in pink tissue with a personal note from the owner.
